At this point you just have to click on the confirmation button of your order. The data will be automatically recorded, in case of positive outcome you will be sent by email an order confirmation and you will be redirected to the summary page of your order. In case of payment via Paypal you will be redirected to the Paypal site for payment, once made successfully you will be redirected back to the site, in the confirmation page of your order and you will receive your order confirmation by email.
It is not possible to add other items when you have already finished the order. If you want, you can do another.
