Where is my order?
All orders placed on OutletScarpeOnline.it they are entrusted only and exclusively to express couriers, with insurance and traceability of the package.
Tracking to verify the status of the shipment is available within 2 working days from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation via email. If you do not receive the instructions for tracking the shipment via email, simply send us an email to info@outletscarpeonline.it.
For orders Pleaser e DemoniaCult, as soon as they are shipped, the tracking and shipping tracking methods will be sent via email. We remind you that orders Pleaser e DemoniaCult they are shipped later 15 working days from receipt of the order and payment, except for possible delays (until January 31, 2023).
NEW: For orders Pleaser e DemoniaCult received from 1 February 2024 the shipment partand in 4 working days.
