Shipping times of your order
We constantly work to perfect our logistics and offer you shipping and receiving times for the products you purchased in the shortest possible time.
All orders sent by 12pm (with the exception of Brands Pleaser and Demonia), are shipped the same day or the next working day. Shipments are made every day, from Monday to Friday.
An "estimated delivery" date of the product is inserted on each product sheet. This data refers to the correct receipt of the order. In the case of islands or remote areas, 3 working days must be added to the date indicated on the site.
The exception, as announced, are brands Pleaser e DemoniaCult, for these partFor particular products, shipping times are 4 working days, for orders received from 1 February 2024, please refer to the conditions of sale for all details.
All products are shipped via insured and traceable express courier. If after 2 days from shipment you have not received the product tracking via email, simply send us a request via email, we will replyemo in a short time.
