A French brand known for boat shoes and sailing footwear: deck loafers and casual sneakers with non-slip soles.

With laces of similar length and thickness to the originals; take the old lace as a size reference.

If the model has a removable insole, yes: it can be swapped for an insole of the same size or a doctor-advised one.
