How to measure the foot

Measure at the end of the day, when the foot is slightly larger.
Place your foot on a sheet, with your heel against a wall, wearing the socks you will use.
Mark the longest point of the foot and measure the distance from the heel in cm.
Repeat with the other foot and consider the greater size.
Compare the value with the column "Foot (cm)."
