Narrow Fit

Just look at the drawing of the foot that appears on the footbed or on the box between the size and the word "Birkenstock": if the foot is completely black, it means a narrow fit (normal for women and narrow for men).

King's Fitgolaking (Regular)

If the foot inside is "empty" (not colored), it means the fit is wrong.golaking (regular for men and wide for women). By checking the product's insole and photos, you can immediately choose the correct size.

Practical tip: On each product page, carefully examine the photos of the footbed in the gallery: you will see the drawing of the foot between the size and the wording "Birkenstock". From this you can immediately deduce whether the model is hold o regular and choose the correct fit. In fact, you can find two types of logos: a fully colored logo for the narrow fit, or a logo with only an outline and no color inside, for the regular fit.golaking.
