Glue type Glue (To tell us the one for paper!), is also good an odorless silicone glue, in fact in this case it is better because it is more weather resistant and you risk less that the glitters are removed with the normal wear of the shoes.
A brush with hard bristles;

Just apply the glue with the brush on all the shoe or part of the shoe that we want to transform, so before the glue starts to dry, we must literally drop a glitter rain on the glue. In this case we must be careful to do this work in a place that is not ventilated and above all doing so as to recover all the glitter that falls away, so it would be better if we did this work on a sheet of paper, to avoid waste.
It is then necessary to repeat the operation of falling of glitter until we have obtained a well uniform surface and sprinkled with glitters. When this is done with a slight pressure of the fingers, we need to better place the glitter on the shoe in order to fix them permanently.
We let dry for a few hours and here comes our work, for perfectionists we can then decide to paint, with special paints based on water, the rubber details of the footwear that have not been covered by glitters.
Clearly the example shown in the photos refers to a pair of sneakers but we can safely do the same thing with a pair of takeoff, boots or sandals.
