Purchase Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE DELLE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. 1.3 – Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things, caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

2. PURCHASE METHODS

2.1 – The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of the website www.outletscarpeonline.it at the time of placing the order. 3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

4.6 – In the event of failure to collect the material in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, the ordered items will be returned to the Company's warehouses OutletScarpeOnline.it by Vito Santimone. 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

5.1 – Pursuant to artt. 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a reference in the order form by Partita VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

5.2 – To exercise this right, the customer, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (the period partand from the day of delivery certified by the courier's tracking) for the Products Pleaser USA, Demonia, Fabulicious, Funtasma etc or 30 days for the other brands present on the site, you will have to contact Vito Santimone's OutletScarpeOnline.it company by filling out the appropriate return request available on all pages of the site in the partand lower, or through link. 5.3 – The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

  • Product shipping costs are non-refundable, if any.
  • In the event of damage to the goods during transport, the company OutletScarpeOnline.it of Vito Santimone will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier from chosen by him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
  • Vito Santimone's OutletScarpeOnline.it company is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
  • Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged, the OutletScarpeOnline.it company of Vito Santimone will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
  • Once the return has been authorized and the procedure has been sent, the customer has 7 days to ship the product, apartire from the date of sending delle instructions via email, once this limit is exceeded, the product will not be accepted, the shipping date of the product detected by the tracking or postmark will prevail, if by mistake the warehouse accepts the delivery the product will still be returned to the customer as it is outside the maximum deadline .

5.4 – The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases in which the company OutletScarpeOnline.it of Vito Santimone ascertains:

  • the use of the good that has compromised its integrity, or the use of any consumables;
  • the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;

  • damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, for the reasons indicated in point 5.4, the goods will remain at the headquarters of the OutletScarpeOnline.it company of Vito Santimone, available to the Customer for reshipment, always at his expense, re-shipment costs of the product amount to €10.

5.5 – For each order it is possible to make only one return request. If the replacement of a product has been requested, it will not be possible to request a new return, neither for replacement nor for refund.

5.6 – Returns cannot be cumulated. If a customer requests a return for two different orders and wishes for a replacement or return, in this case two different requests and two different shipments must be made.

5.7 – In case of request to replace a product with another article, the return will be processed as a simple return for refund, in this case a discount code will be issued which will be sent to the customer as soon as the procedure is completed and with which the customer can make a new purchase.

5.8 - Free Return Promotion – For all products, excluding brands Pleaser e DemoniaCult, received from 3 February 2023 and which have an amount exceeding 50 euros, the costs of returned for replacement they are free. 6. Product Shipping Timing Particulars

This means that from the moment we receive your order and payment for it, we need 15 working days before the product is shipped. – For orders received from 1 February 2024, shipping times are 4 working days, in case of payment with Paypal or Cartto Credit. Once shipped, the product arrives on average in 4-5 working days, the arrival times depend on the delivery area and other factors that cannot be predicted in advance.

The period from 21 December to 2 January, holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays should not be counted as working days for the purpose of determining the timing.

For brands not included in the list in point 6.1, the order is processed in 1-3 working days. The indicative delivery date is indicated directly on the product sheet; in the case of islands, remote areas or adverse conditions, at least 2 working days must be added to this date for delivery of the goods. Any delays are in no case attributable to OutletScarpeOnline.it.
